DRAMA 339-349 — Voice and Text III

In the fall, this course focuses on vocal transformation through a seamless synthesis of skills, including rhetoric, stamina, and vocal characterization. Students will work individually and in small groups on material including political speeches as well as on classical and contemporary texts, with a particular focus on Shakespeare as part of preparation for work in the fall heightened text productions.
