Prerequisite: Fretboard Harmony I . This course includes Alfabeto, more complex figured basses (Nicola Matteis, Pergolesi, Corelli, Handel); classical phrase structure and Alberti basses; extended harmony via jazz chord forms and chart reading; and modern concepts of bitonality, quartal harmony, and atonality. Guitar majors only.
