EVCRT 415 - Introduction to Music Technology (For-Credit) Nathan Prillaman This course is an introduction to the practical requirements needed to create and produce music using Apple’s Logic Pro software. Topics include, but are not limited to, audio and MIDI sequencing, digital notation, sampling, digital sound recording, editing, and processing. Weekly exercises are assigned to promote understanding of individual techniques. A final project serves as an opportunity for students to combine their learned skills with their existing musical interests. Students receive hands-on training with the software covered in the course.
