Learn the art of ballroom dancing from world-renowned dance duo, Denys Drozdyuk and Antonina Skobina, in Extension’s Introductory Ballroom Dancing Workshop on Sunday, March 17, from 1-4pm at Juilliard. In this workshop, students will have the opportunity to learn basic ballroom dance steps, technique, and style in an engaging and fun environment. This workshop is perfect for beginners who want to learn the basics of ballroom dancing or for experienced dancers who want to refine their skills. Don’t miss this chance to learn from the best and experience the thrill of ballroom dancing!

Known as DNA, this Ukrainian-born duo has achieved numerous accolades, including being USA National Professional Latin Show Dance Champions, two-time U.S. National Latin Champions, and World Championship Finalists, as well as being the winners of all major ballroom dance competitions in the United States. They have also been featured on NBC’s “World of Dance” and were recently finalists on the Canadian dance TV show “Revolution.”

Comfortable shoes and attire are at the discretion of the participants. Please wear what you feel most comfortable moving in. Individuals or couples may register for this course however each participant needs to complete registration to be admitted into the class. No prior experience is necessary.
